1) Authority. The use of Goldstar-global and its services is a privilege. Goldstar-global reserves the right to suspend that privilege on an individual basis for any reason.
2) Copyright. All Content on the Site, including the job and resume databases, is the sole property of Goldstar-global, and is protected by U.S. copyright and international treaties. You may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute the content, or use it in any other way for public or commercial purpose. This includes copying or adapting the HTML code used to generate Web pages on Goldstar-global.
3) Liability. Goldstar-global makes no guarantees and assumes no responsibility for the content or conduct of its users, nor for the content and operation of the website. Use of Goldstar-global, reliance upon its content, and interaction with its users is at your own risk. Goldstar-global does not guarantee that documents posted by users will result in candidates being hired or positions being filled.
4) Candidate Submittal / Resumes. The Corporate Client agrees to review carefully all resumes submitted for specific job openings. Should a candidate submitted to the client already be in an existing database or for some other reason not be acceptable, the client must reject the candidate with valid reason within 2 business days from the time of submission. The client further agrees to honor accepted candidates/ resumes as the intellectual property of Goldstar-global for a period of one year from the date of submission of the same.
5) Contract To Hire. In the event that a contractor consultant becomes a permanent employee, the client agrees to pay a 15% commission to Goldstar-global based on the gross annual income of the hired consultant.
6) Invoicing. All invoices are due net 30, with a 2% late fee assessed for amounts due and over 30 days.
